Pursuant to Florida Practice of Pharmacy HB389 465.1895 “Testing or Screening for and treatment of minor, non chronic health conditions”, Duval Pharmacy is permitted to perform the “Test & Treat” program under a collaborative practice agreement (CPA) / written protocol for the following disease diagnosis category.

Possible Symptoms:
- Fever,
- Myalgia,
- Malaise,
- Headache,
- Sore throat,
- Unproductive cough,
- Rhinitis
Possible Treatment:
- 1. Oral Oseltamivir (Tamiflu)
- 2. Inhaled Zanamivir (Relenza)
- 3. Oral Baloxavir (Xofluza)
Possible Symptoms:
- Fever >100°F
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Pain when Swallowing
- Cervical Lymph node tenderness or Swelling
- Inflammation of tonsils or Uvula
- Palatal petechiae
- Abdominal pain and/or nausea/vomiting
Possible Treatment:
- 1. Amoxicillin or Penicillin
- 2. Cephalexin or Cefadroxil
- 3. Azithromycin or Clindamycin or Clarithromycin
Possible Symptoms:

- Malaise,
- Headache,
- Sore throat,
- Unproductive cough,
- Rhinitis
Possible Treatment:
- 1. Oral Oseltamivir (Tamiflu)
- 2. Inhaled Zanamivir (Relenza)

Possible Symptoms:
- Dysuria
- Increase urinary urgency and/or frequency
Possible Treatment:
- 1. Nitrofurantoin Monohydrate/Macrocrystals (Macrobid)
- 2. Sulfamethoxazole-Trimethoprim (Bactrim)
- 3. Fosfomycin trometamol (Monurol)
- 4. Phenazopyridine (Pyridium)
